This project showcases the logo and content for The ASB Discovery Lab: A visual brand and place for Customer Experience Design at ASB
When ASB came to us looking for a way to engage their people in customer centricity and innovation, we created their suite of methods and templates needed to motivate and engage their people to design and deliver beautiful customer experiences.
One of Centricity's standout projects was the creation of The Discovery Lab for ASB. Working hand in hand with the Design team at ASB, Centricity was able to visualize their CX design processes and principles that resulted in a set of design lenses and behaviours for customer centric design.
For such a large organisation, the brief was to create a multi levelled approach. For those that needed simply to be aware of the Discovery Lab there was a short, online learning programme introducing the concepts and languages of design. For those that would need to be involved or participate in designing experiences we created a 1 day Design thinking essentials programme. and For leaders of squads and projects we created a 2 days design thinking practitioners learning experiences; boosting confidence in order to plan, design and facilitate a design-led programme of work.
The project delivered a modularized and tailored program that allowed the teams to use and deploy the tools not only internally but also with their external and community partners too.
