Te Whatu Ora, Health NZ: Healthcare Personas and Journeys

Te Whatu Ora, Health New Zealand came to use to investigate the human needs and behaviours with regards to adopting new digital technology in the digital future of project Hira.
We embarked upon a nationwide piece of research to understand key behaviours and attitudes towards digital adoption for clinical and non clinic health workers in New Zealand.
The result was an in-depth framework of behaviours and needs, and a set of personas with clear user stories of how they could adopt the technology and build future functionality roadmaps.
