This project showcases the award winning Innovation masterclass program; a playbook of design thinking tools and methods that are accompanied with activities to build creative confidence.
Created to take Z Energy on the journey of innovation and diversification, the innovation principles where based on combining the tools of Design Thinking, Lean Start Up and Agile delivery.
This programme consisted of playbook of tools and methods, employee experience reward and recognition programme, an innovation refinery lab to hold workshops and experiments as well as a 3 day experiential learning experience.
